We use our hands to do many daily activities, from simple things like picking up a pen, to brushing our teeth, to preparing a meal. The nerves in our hands are responsible for enabling their movement and feeling, including how we experience touch, temperature, and pain. Damage to the hand nerves leads to brain changes that impact our quality of life.

The purpose of this study is to investigate these brain changes. Knowing how the brain changes after an injury is essential to developing new and improved treatments. To do this, we need your help.

Together we can make a difference!
